I moved to Napanoch in 1985 from the city. I attended the Napanoch school from Kindergarten through second grade and then attended the Ellenville school for the rest of my elementary and high school career. I graduated from Ellenville High School in 1998 and went straight into the Marine corps to serve my country.
I initially started my marine corps career as a Metrologist, calibrating aviation support equipment in Miramar California. During that time a did a unit level deployment to Iwakuni Japan. In 2003 I changed jobs to be a MV-22 Osprey crew chief in Jacksonville North Carolina. I was initially assigned to a Test and Evaluation squadron during the early days of the Osprey being added to the Marine Corps fleet. I flew numerous test and evaluation flights, including the first transatlantic flight from North Carolina to Farnborough England, as well as testing the first ever ramp mounted weapon system and numerous other flights to ensure the aircraft met the needs of the Marine Corps. Once my time was up in the Test squadron, I transferred to four other squadrons to assist in their transition from the CH-46 to the Mv-22.
I retired from the Marine Corps in 2012 due to medical reasons. From 2012 to 2013 I did contract maintenance work on the MV-22 for the Marine Corps. In 2013 I was hired by Rolls-Royce Defense as a Field Service representative supporting the MV-22 Osprey propulsion system and the C-130 J propulsion system.
My family and I moved back to Napanoch in 2019 because it has always been “home” to me and I want to raise my family here in our home! Currently, I am the Tactical Fleet manager for the US Air Force supporting the C-130J propulsion system. Although I am retired, I am still able to serve my country! My time in the Marine Corps had a great impact on my life. Some of the Marine corps’ values such as discipline, integrity and teamwork greatly influenced my personal growth and character. They are values I still hold true to this day. I am married to my wife Ashley, and we have four children that all attend Ellenville School.
Community Service:
Ellenville Central School District Board of Education:
It is a great privilege to contribute to the education and well-being of students and teachers in our community because these students are the future of our community. As a father of four children who attend the Ellenville schools, I have always been involved in their education. Now, as a school board member, I can continue to oversee the education they are receiving, as well as the education of every child who attends the Ellenville schools. We work to ensure they are provided the tools they need to be successful and make an impact themselves.

Why I am running for the County Legislature in District 15:
The residents and families of our town need better representation. They need a representative who understands and knows what our young people need, and what our families need. I have served my country and have been privileged to serve my community. I want to continue in that service by becoming your representative in the Ulster County Legislature.
I am asking for your support to make that happen. Let me be your representative and your voice. I will fight every day for you, your children and family, and the Town of Wawarsing.
"There is nothing which I dread so much as a division of the republic into two great parties, each arranged under its leader, and concerting measures in opposition to each other. This, in my humble apprehension, is to be dreaded as the greatest political evil under our Constitution." ― John Adams
